All products listed on funamart.com are authentic Japanese products. Prices are displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and JPY (Japanese Yen). Currency conversion rates are updated periodically and may fluctuate.

• Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities

3. Orders & Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout for your selected currency. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing the order, or the order may be cancelled
• For bank transfers, you must upload a payment slip as proof of payment
• Orders are processed after payment verification is complete

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products from Japan to Sri Lanka. Please note:

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled while in "Pending" status. Once an order has been confirmed or is being processed, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, use the cancel option in your order details page or contact our support team.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international shipping, our return policy is as follows:

• Products damaged during shipping may be eligible for a refund or replacement upon providing photographic evidence
• Incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted for international orders
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing orders. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
